Anal Training Questions and Answers
I get asked a lot of anal training and anal play questions, so I figured I would dedicate a blog to discuss important things that must be done with any type of anal training!
Do I need to go through anal training, and if so, how do I start?
Well, I say yes you need to go through anal training if, and only if, you want to enjoy anal penetration! So if that is a yes, then I would suggest trying out my 8 week anal training program using butt plugs or as a substitute, anal dilators, so you can be relaxed and comfortably stretched for the anal experience you want.
Are there lubes that can make anal training more comfy?
Absolutely! Now if you are using silicone toys without a condom, DO NOT use a silicone lube. It will ruin your toys. There are desensitizing lubes, but I suggest not using those. If something hurts early on, you want to KNOW! Water based lubes are great, and you should apply more than you think you need. Want some good lube reviews? Check out Ms. Constance’s Lube Reviews on her blog. Great advice there!
How often should the training be done?
I say training should be done ideally daily for little bits of time, slowly increasing the amount of time you train. As an example, using the smallest butt plug in a set for 10 minutes a day is MUCH better than using it once in a week for an hour. You want to go slow, and move up gradually. If you move up to the next plug, and it is painful, go back to the smaller one and increase time worn.
There is no one way to anally train. My very best advice would be to listen to your body and follow its lead! Your body will let you know if things hurt, or if you are ready to continue to the next anal plug! Good luck, and feel free to ask Ms. Delia any questions along the way.
