- Anal Beads come in many shapes and sizes- start by narrowing down a size that your ass is comfortable with; and whether you’d prefer a longer, strand type toy- or a compacted, plug-style set of beads.

If you’re more about sensation than deep penetration, remember that most anal beads are graduated- they start small at first, and get larger up the length of the toy. - When it comes to materials, you have options! Jelly toys like the Blue Jelly Anal Beads are nice and flexible; wooden toys like the Linger Wooden Anal Probe are velvety smooth; metal and glass beads make for interesting sensations, and silicone is nice and easy to clean!
- NEVER get Anal Beads connected by a fabric string- ever, ever! These types of beads are seldom well made, and I consider them a no-no for two reasons. Firstly, a string cannot be fully sanitized, and an unclean toy is never sexy. Secondly, if the string breaks or falls apart- there goes your removal method! Safety is sexy, so pick a safe set of beads from the start and you’ll never have to worry!
Anal Bead Tips and Tricks
- As with any anal toy, ALWAYS use lots and lots of lube! Sticking to water-based lube is always your best bet 😉
- Take it slow! Anal Beads aren’t really about thrusting. It’s the way your ass stretches for me as you open up to each larger bead that’s the really fun part here 😉 Only take the beads you’re comfortable with, and take your time to let your ass adjust to each bead.
- Moving too fast? Relax! Take deep breaths until you’re relaxed enough to remove the bead that’s too big- then take a moment to read how your body feels. So… That’s what beads are good for? Is it really hard or is it difficult to remove the beads one by one during orgasm?
