It's always wonderful to experience new sensations in anal play, but there is such a thing as going overboard- especially with the different ingredients they put in sensation lubes today. My only advice is to make sure to use a plain lube; numbing lubes won't allow you to feel all the good stuff AND make sure you don't do anything harmful, and tingly lube might be a bit too much for a first timer.
